If you are like me, you love your gym. It's addictive and not a bad habit to have. I especially love the new 24 Hour Fitness by my house because it's got huge open windows that overlook Woodland Hills and there's tons of trees! It's like working out in a treehouse. If you don't love your gym, chances are, you're probably not going to go. But I've got some good news for you and a secret! Probably not one my gym partner is going to be happy about because there are only two of these at our gym.
A lot of science is coming out now with big news that should make you happy. Shorter, interval workouts are better and more effective and efficient. Meaning the days of an hour on the bike or treadmill are obsolete. So how excited was I when I had my introduction to The Woodway Curve.
